Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Jewellery
Carefully place the items in their original Sif Jakobs packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the return form.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
